Join Us On Our Journey
We are a young American couple with a passion for travel. Sylvie was an elementary school teacher and special instructor for children with developmental delays. Scott was a biomedical engineer and management consultant helping pharma/biotech companies with marketing strategy. We spend our free time nurturing our creative interests and volunteering.
We’ve backpacked around the world once before and plan to do it again. This time we plan to slow down and dig deep. We want to volunteer and get better aquatinted with the various communities in which we live. We have plans to live on an ashram, work on organic farms, teach English, etc. etc.
Recently Married. Shortly after getting married on September 1st, 2018 we started on a cross-country road trip. Please feel free to follow our journey west, then returning through the southern states. We are planning 2-3 months for this trip. After this we plan to leave the US for good and travel around until we find a place where we can grow roots.
We have built this website to share our stories and to help all of you that aspire to travel the world as well. We will be keeping a blog, sharing amazing photographs, and updating our routes and finances to help others in their worldly travels.
